Typing, searching, sorting — that is what I build machines for.
AI agents for your phone, your inbox and your data. One person who stands behind it.

AI automation for business. You describe the problem — you get the solution.

Phone agents that answer calls and capture jobs. Email handling that keeps an inbox under control. Processes that run on their own. Fixed price, delivered in a week, tested before it reaches you.

Why I do this

I work with AI all day — and I still catch myself typing things by hand, searching through lists, carrying numbers from one window to the next. Every time I think: this should not exist.

So I build it away. That is exactly what I do for companies who do not have all day for it.

Being self-employed does not mean I can do whatever I want. It means there is no longer anyone I can stand behind. That is why my name is on everything I deliver — and if it does not run, I keep working.

One more thing I only noticed while working: I contradict the machine several times a day. It never takes it personally. Between people, disagreement takes an effort — here it costs nothing, and that is why I get to something that is actually right, faster. You get work that has been checked, not work that has been generated.

What can be automated in a company

Almost every task that eats time follows the same pattern: something comes in, someone reads it, passes it on, does something with it. That is where I start — in every part of your business.

Customer contact & sales

Answering calls and capturing the request in a structured way · qualifying and routing enquiries · preparing quotes · following up without anyone forgetting · booking and confirming appointments

sales automation · lead qualification · CRM integration · automated quoting · AI phone assistant · voicebot · online booking

Mail, documents & invoices

Reading, sorting and answering email · extracting and matching invoices and delivery notes · analysing contracts and watching deadlines · processing forms and applications · making document archives searchable

document processing · invoice capture · OCR · receipt handling · contract analysis · email automation · knowledge base · document AI

Data, reports & figures

Bringing numbers together from separate systems · producing reports automatically instead of by hand · spotting and flagging deviations · checking and cleaning data quality

reporting automation · data integration · dashboards · KPI analysis · data cleansing · automated reports

Internal processes & admin

Triggering and monitoring recurring tasks · pre-sorting applications · a knowledge base that answers staff questions · handling notifications, approvals and reminders

workflow automation · process automation · RPA alternative · applicant handling · approval flows · internal chatbots

Connecting systems

Inventory, CRM, accounting, calendars, shops — anything with an interface · moving data instead of retyping it · older systems connected through file exchange where no API exists

API integration · interface development · ERP and CRM integration · webhooks · n8n · data migration · legacy systems

And whatever is different at your place

No business fits a template — and not every client is a company. I work for businesses of any size, for associations and practices, and for individuals with a good idea. I am open to tasks I have never built before — that is precisely the job. Describe the process that holds you up: I will tell you honestly whether and how it can be automated, and what it costs, before we start.

How I back that up

Two systems built in house — both in production, both held to a standard:

Phone agent in production

Holds real conversations, in several languages. Recognises dangerous situations and reacts along fixed safety rules. Captures names and phone numbers with verified accuracy and hands them to the system in structured form. You can hear it live — demonstration on request.

Billing with domain logic

Reads a treatment note, proposes the matching fee codes from official rule sets, checks prices against the catalogue and flags contradictions. A specialist domain with verification logic — not a text generator.

What follows from that

Anyone who can handle speech in real time and formal rule sets can handle what sits next to it. Every delivery goes through automated test runs, runs on EU servers and is handed over documented.

What does a missed call cost you?

Work it out with your own numbers, straight in the browser. Also for email handling, timesheets and quotes that went nowhere. Nothing is transmitted, nothing is stored. The calculator is in German — the figures speak for themselves.

I run my own company entirely on the technology I sell.

Voice

Phone agents that answer around the clock — over real telephone lines, in several languages, with emergency detection and verified capture of names and callback numbers. Unlike an off-the-shelf voice model, my agent is built in stages: I decide exactly what it may say, what it must never say, and how it verifies. It is cut to fit your business and can be extended at any time — from simply answering calls to full job intake.

Independent research

An agent searches several portals overnight, scores every find against fixed criteria, discards what does not fit and drafts replies. In the morning the shortlist is ready.

Mail and receipts

Incoming email is read, sorted and answered; receipts move into the books on their own.

Monitoring

An agent watches the systems, detects faults and reports the cause in plain language — before anyone notices.

Several systems working together

A lead agent hands sub-tasks to other agents, checks their results and escalates to a stronger one when someone gets stuck.

Plus the groundwork, without which none of this holds up in daily use: separated tenants, data held in the EU, automatic backups, deletion periods, traceable logs and test runs before every delivery.

What I build for you is already running here. That is why I know not only the technology, but also the places where systems like this fail in practice.

Tell me your problem — I will find the way.

You do not need to know what is technically possible, and you do not need to bring a solution. Describe the work that is done by hand every week at your company. After a short conversation I will tell you how I would approach it, what it costs and when it runs.

How I work — and what I stand behind

I build and operate AI-supported systems for companies — from the first analysis through to running operation. Telephony, speech processing, databases, automated processes: what I deliver to you, I run in production myself.

One person who stands behind it

You talk to the person who designs, tests and answers for your system. No ticket queue, no rotating project manager, no handover to subcontractors.

Tested before it reaches you

Every delivery goes through automated test runs. Documented handover on standard technology — you stay independent, including from me.

Predictable instead of a day rate

I develop in a highly automated way. That allows short delivery times and fixed prices where traditional providers bill in person-days — the efficiency ends up in your quote.

Labes Automation · Toni Labes · Lüdenscheid, Germany

The way it goes

  1. A short conversation. You describe the goal and the process — I ask the right questions.
  2. A written quote the next morning. Fixed price instead of a day rate, typically 2,000–5,000 €. Defined scope, no surprises.
  3. Delivery within a week. One round of corrections included, documented handover — you stay independent of me.

How to reach me

Write two sentences about the work that is done by hand every week at your company. You get an answer on the next working day — with an honest assessment of whether it can be automated. English and German both fine.
